1. Made-to-Order Jewellery
- All our jewellery is made-to-order, crafted only after you place your order.
- Because of this exclusivity, returns are limited to specific cases.
2. Eligible Returns
- Damaged or defective products.
- Wrong design, size, or type received.
- Manufacturing defects.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewellery (engraving, bespoke sizing, special orders).
- Products that are worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
4. Return Process
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the return/exchange steps.
- Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging with all certificates (hallmark, diamond authenticity, etc.).
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Exchanges will be crafted and delivered as per standard production timelines.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
